Michael Polyack, Managing Director, JPMorgan Chase

Mike Polyack is currently a Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase responsible for driving cross-line of business technology initiatives and improvement programs.

Previously, Mr. Polyack led the Technology & Operations Program Management Office for JPMorgan Chase’s Treasury & Securities Services, a $9 billion revenue business and a global leader in providing cash management services, trade finance, custody, securities lending, fund accounting and administration to corporate and financial institutions worldwide. In this capacity, Mr. Polyack had responsibility for executive reporting, tools, processes, real estate and communications supporting the technology and operations functions.

Mr. Polyack has more than 25 years experience in both the technology and financial services industries, having held senior management roles at several publicly traded companies. He joined Bank One in 2001 to lead the Commercial Banking IT Program Office. Prior to Bank One, Mr. Polyack worked at marchFIRST and Heller Financial, where he created the Project Office organizations for both companies. He also has previous experience leading the implementation and support of customer contact and commercial lending systems for Heller and Continental Bank.
Mr. Polyack holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Millikin University and a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University.
