Manny Favela, CFO, McDonald's Latin America

Manny Favela currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for McDonald’s Latin America. In this role, he is responsible for the Finance, I/T, and franchising functions in Latin America with over 1,600 restaurants with annual sales of over $3.0 billion dollars.

With 17 years of experience in the McDonald’s System and 15 years dedicated to Latin America, Favela is a business partner and advisor to other Latin America Officers – he has extensive experience with Company Owned and Franchise Operations. He is responsible for monitoring the overall financial and related business performance, proactively addressing issues and concerns, and developing long range plans and strategic direction.

Manny started his career with McDonald’s as an Internal Auditor in 1990. He was then transferred to the international area of the business, later specializing in Latin America Operations.

He is very involved in his community, is an active member on the Board of Elders of Wheaton Bible Church and is co-founder of the West Suburban Foundation for Disabled Veterans where he also serves as a Board Member.

Manny is a CPA and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The University of Illinois.
