Christopher J. Hall, CTO, JP Morgan Chase & Co. Commercial Bank

Christopher (Chris) Hall is the Chief Technology Officer for JPMorgan’s Commercial Bank. Mr. Hall also has responsibility for Commercial Loan Technology, Commercial Card Technology and the Wholesale Bank’s Customer Relationship Management System.

Mr. Hall joined Bank One in May 2001 as a Senior Vice President within the Commercial Bank, responsible for overseeing all technology efforts supporting the Bank’s merger activities. In 2002, he led the information technology (IT) portion of the Michigan and Illinois conversions for Bank One’s Commercial Bank. In 2003, Mr. Hall had responsibility for the Commercial Card and Trade Payments technology teams.

Mr. Hall has more than 20 years experience in both the technology and financial services industries. Mr. Hall came to Bank One from MarchFirst, a global Internet services company, where he was a senior manager on internal initiatives. His experience includes nine years at IBM as a certified project executive on a 10-year, multi-million dollar outsourcing contract, and nine years at Continental Bank.

Mr. Hall holds an MBA in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago, and a B.S. in Computer Management from Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, Il.
