Please join us for our annual celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the corresponding achievements of i.c.stars stakeholders including interns, alumni, staff, board, employers, volunteers, and sponsors. The event is attended by roughly 150 VIPs in the i.c.stars network. Families and Children are welcome and participate in interactive storytelling activities.

In 2008, i.c.stars theme will be to "Discover the future". We are at a fortunate point of growth in our history and as a result, this year is focused on discovering points of leverage that will help us scale up to achieve our vision of 1,000 Community Leaders by 2020.

i.c.stars was formed in 1999 to develop 1,000 Community Leaders by 2020. We are a non-profit organization in Chicago for adults with a high school diploma or GED. Using project-based learning and full immersion teaching, i.c. stars provides an opportunity for change-driven, future leaders to develop skills in business and technology. read more
