Techbash 2007 - Agenda
About the event
The purpose of the Techbash event is to bring the entire technology community together for networking and fun “defragmenting the technology community”. This year we are holding the event at i.c.stars to celebrate our recent expansion and growth for the coming year. We will show off our new space on the second floor, welcome our old friends home in our studio space and honor all the contributions of Dave Ormesher and closerlook on the third floor as we celebrate the growth of the i.c.stars community.
The net proceeds of the event support the i.c.stars program.
Audience
By invitation only, over 200 CIO’s, direct reports, IT providers, high tech entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, community technology leaders, i.c.stars interns, alums, government and academic leaders from the area attend the Techbash event making it one of the most diverse technology events in Chicago.
Celebrity Bartenders
Over the course of the evening, you will have the opportunity to meet our "Celebrity Bartenders". These IT Leaders will be pouring their favorite drinks named after them. You will notice a unique tip jar at each bar: words of wisdom from the celebrity for $20 to support the i.c.stars program.
We want to honor the contributions, wisdom and celebrity status in the i.c.stars community of the IT leaders who support our mission. They were each nominated by staff, board members, alums and admirers who recognize them as a “star” with a great sense of humor and deserving the celebrity treatment.
Come out and mix it up with the celebrity bartenders for techbash! Get ready to belly up to the bar with some of the biggest celebrities in technology!
